Jani Lane, the former lead singer of the Adjutant-metal-rock, has died in Los Angeles. He was 47thOfficer Sara Faden says Lane, the body was found Thursday in Woodland Hills Hotel. He had no immediate information on the cause or circumstances of his death.
Her long blond hair and dressed in tight leather, Lane recorded more than 1980 "hair metal" rock bands. It 'has become a mandate in 1984 and wrote such hits as "Heaven," "Down Boys" and "Cherry Pie".
He had a relationship inside and outside the group, leaving in 1992 before going in and out several times.
In recent years, appeared on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" and made headlines for being arrested for drunk driving.He is survived by two daughters from two previous marriages.
